We recognize the rising demand for telemedicine services or medical services that can be accessed remotely. With that, we offer online medical consultations with our Primary Care and Specialty Doctors.
MyHealth Clinic’s Online Consultation services are conducted via Zoom call, which is accessible with your laptop, phone, or other compatible gadget with internet access.
HOW TO SCHEDULE AN ONLINE CONSULTATION?
First, determine how you will avail the Online Consultation .

Use Debit/Credit Card
- Decide if on the type of Online Consultation you will avail Primary Care or a certain specialty. Click on the type of Online Consultation you will avail (located below, after these instructions) to be redirected to its website shop link.
- Choose your preferred doctor. This will trigger the chosen doctor’s available schedules. Click on the available schedule amenable for you.
- Fill out the form with the required information and read MyHealth’s Data Privacy Agreement and other Terms & Conditions.
- Click on “Proceed to PayPal” where you can pay with your debit card, credit card, or PayPal account. Once paid, save the receipt.
- Wait for our Telemedicine team to contact you via text/email. The text/email confirmation should contain: (1) the final schedule, (2) the Zoom link and credentials, (3) the link to MyHealth’s Data Privacy Agreement and Terms & Condition for the Online Consultation.
- Take note of your confirmed schedule and download the Zoom application on your device before the appointment.
- When you enter the Zoom link provided during your schedule, you will be queued in line. Once you are inside the Zoom room with the doctor, you may have your consultation.
- After consultation, our Telemedicine team will email the medicine prescription.

Use HMO card that is accredited by MyHealth Online Consultation
- Patient will visit MyHealth Clinic Website (www.myhealth.ph) – Online Consultation Services and schedule an appointment by simply clicking “Use accredited HMO card icon”.
- The patent will then be taken to the appointment request form where they can choose whether Primary Care Consultation or Specialist Consultation. Once an option has been chosen, the patient will then be taken to the appointment scheduler page where they can set their appointment details, encode information, upload approved Letter of Authorization (from their HMO provider), and tick the button to agree with the Patient Rights and Responsibilities, Acknowledgement, Waiver, and Consent Form and the MyHealth Terms & Conditions for Online Consultation.
- Once the patient submits their appointment request, they will receive an auto-email reply in their email instructing them to wait up to 2-4 hours (within 8 AM to 5 PM) for the MyHealth Telemedicine team to contact them via call, text, or email.
- The MyHealth Telemedicine team will contact the patient via email or SMS/text to let them know the available time slots of their preferred date.
- Once the schedule is confirmed, The MyHealth Telemedicine team will immediately process patient consult queueing to the doctors and email/text the patient with the complete details of their online consultation (i.e. confirmed date & time, Name of Doctor, Zoom link, other instructions).
- After the Online Consultation, the MyHealth Telemedicine team will email them the medicine prescription and/or doctor referral, if applicable.

HMO Partners Accredited for MyHealth Clinic's Online Consultation
- If your HMO provider in in the list above, follow the steps for using your health card/benefit.
- If your HMO provider is NOT in the list, you will have to follow the availment procedure for paying with your own debit/credit card instead.
- For Maxicare HMO cardholders, you have to to fill out the Maxicare Request Form for an Online Specialty Consultation.
