  • This basic blood chemistry consists of tests generally requested by doctors.
  • Inclusions: Fasting Blood Sugar, Lipid Profile (Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL & VLDL),  Blood Uric Acid, Blood Urea Nitrogen, Creatinine, SGPT, and SGOT
  • This package will require 10 hrs. of fasting before your appointment.

Full Blood Panel

  • This blood chemistry consists of tests for a comprehensive look at your health. It provides more in-depth screening or monitoring, especially for complicated diseases. 
  • Inclusions: Fasting Blood Sugar, Lipid Profile (Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL & VLDL), Blood Uric Acid, Creatinine, SGPT, SGOT, Sodium, Alkaline Phosphatase, Total Calcium, Albumin, Chloride, Gamma-Glutamyl Transpeptidase (GGT), Lactic Dehydrogenase (LDH), Total Protein, Phosphorus Urine, Amylase, Total Direct and Indirect Bilirubin (Total B1B2), Potassium, Carbon Dioxide, and Total Creatinine Kinase (CK & CPK)
  • This package will require 10 hrs. of fasting before your appointment.
Diabetes and cholesterol

Diabetes & Cholesterol Test Package

  • This blood chemistry consists of the tests required to observe the blood sugar and cholesterol levels of the body for screening and/or regular monitoring.
  • Inclusions: Fasting Blood Sugar, HBA1C, and Lipid Profile (Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL & VLDL)
  • This package requires 10 hours of fasting before your appointment.
Thyroid

Thyroid Test Package

  • This blood chemistry consists of the tests to look into your body’s thyroid hormones.
  • Inclusions: Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH), FT3, and FT4
  • This package does not need preparations such as fasting beforehand
Cardiology

Basic Cardio Health Package

  • This package includes an Electrocardiogram (ECG) Test and a Basic Blood Panel
  • Inclusions: ECG Test, Fasting Blood Sugar, Lipid Profile (Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL & VLDL),  Blood Uric Acid, Blood Urea Nitrogen, Creatinine, SGPT, and SGOT 
  • This package will require 10 hrs. of fasting before your appointment.
PCR

COVID-19 RT-PCR Test

  • This is the gold standard test in getting definite results if a person is currently infected or not with COVID-19.
  • Results are released after 24-48 hours.

COVID-19 Antigen Test

  • This is a quick and more affordable option to test if a person is currently infected with COVID-19. 
  • Results are released after 2 hours.
Laboratory

General Laboratory Tests

  • Various lab tests can be conducted by MyHealth, so the HomeCare team can obtain the test sample/s through a home services visit.

Electrocardiogram (ECG) Test

  • An ECG Test is a simple and fast medical test that detects cardiac (heart) abnormalities by measuring the electrical activity generated by the heart.
