- Inclusions: Fasting Blood Sugar, Lipid Profile (Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL & VLDL), Blood Uric Acid, Blood Urea Nitrogen, Creatinine, SGPT, and SGOT
- This package will require 10 hrs. of fasting before your appointment.
- This blood chemistry consists of tests for a comprehensive look at your health. It provides more in-depth screening or monitoring, especially for complicated diseases.
- Inclusions: Fasting Blood Sugar, Lipid Profile (Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL & VLDL), Blood Uric Acid, Creatinine, SGPT, SGOT, Sodium, Alkaline Phosphatase, Total Calcium, Albumin, Chloride, Gamma-Glutamyl Transpeptidase (GGT), Lactic Dehydrogenase (LDH), Total Protein, Phosphorus Urine, Amylase, Total Direct and Indirect Bilirubin (Total B1B2), Potassium, Carbon Dioxide, and Total Creatinine Kinase (CK & CPK)

- This package will require 10 hrs. of fasting before your appointment.
- This is the gold standard test in getting definite results if a person is currently infected or not with COVID-19.
- Results are released after 24-48 hours.
- This is a quick and more affordable option to test if a person is currently infected with COVID-19.
- Results are released after 2 hours.
- Various lab tests can be conducted by MyHealth, so the HomeCare team can obtain the test sample/s through a home services visit.
- An ECG Test is a simple and fast medical test that detects cardiac (heart) abnormalities by measuring the electrical activity generated by the heart.
